This program helps athletes understand the importance of leadership in sports, how it results to winning, and how it might help develop their post-sports careers. This course uses a mixture of discussion, exploration and practical learning to help the participants measure their plans and heighten their awareness of opportunities available in sports in the different organizations.

This two–day program provides lessons and activities that will enable sales managers or officers to handle teams effectively. It is a mix of round-table seminar discussion with workshop activities that encourage women leaders, and potential leaders, to integrate the advancement of their careers with a healthy sense of well-being outside their careers.
