Nothing symbolizes Antipolo better than the Tipulo tree, after which the city was named.
Legend says that Antipolo’s Virgin Patron – the Nuestra Señora dela Paz y Buenviaje – appeared atop a Tipulo tree three times during the 17th century, instilling hope and comfort to the people of Antipolo. The earth upon which that Tipulo tree grew is where the Antipolo Cathedral of modern day was built.
Our humble restaurant is named after the lasting symbol of the city. It reminds us to work each day and craft dishes that live up to the legacy of the tree, this city, and most of all, the people of Antipolo.
