The First Pacific Leadership Academy is committed to
producing champions. What began primarily as an
extensive leadership development and succession
initiative for the First Pacific Group of companies has
now expanded its scope. As the nation’s first corporate
academy, it shares its leadership and corporate expertise
with private sector and government in its lush and
refreshing ten-hectare campus in Antipolo, Rizal, with
the vision of becoming Asia’s gateway to the future of
business and innovation. Over the years, FPLA has
served more than 1,500 corporate clients, professional
organizations, and local and international NGOs.
